Product leader. Agentic AI systems builder.
Driving internal efficiency through AI implementation at every level of the organisation.

Building things that matter

Curious by nature. Technical by instinct. Relentless about closing the gap between strategy and execution.

I build AI workflows and agentic systems that deliver compounding efficiency gains across the product function — from idea triage to PRD generation to release communication. In production today: an intelligent feature request pipeline, an AI PRD tool that cut creation time by over 50%, and a release note generator producing four tailored outputs per release. Alongside this, I actively coach the team on AI adoption — identifying where a sharper approach unlocks better outputs, and demonstrating what that looks like in practice.

That work is grounded in 10+ years driving growth and operational scale across global SaaS businesses. I've built and led product organisations through multiple acquisitions — scaling early-stage products into enterprise-grade platforms serving thousands of MSPs worldwide.

Born to build

One top-down F1 game at age seven was all it took — I've been a computer nerd ever since. Years of navigating cultures, languages, and contexts sharpened something instinctive into something deliberate: the ability to listen acutely, probe effectively, and adapt until there's genuine comprehension. That same curiosity pulled me deep into AI as an early adopter — and I've built power-user proficiency across both professional and personal life.

Kaseya

Director of Product Management
Datto RMM

Leads product vision, roadmap, and delivery for Kaseya's flagship RMM platform, while holding responsibility for the integration strategy and prioritisation framework across Datto RMM, Autotask PSA, and IT Glue — the three core platform legs of Kaseya's growth story.

  • Defined multi-year product vision and strategy aligned to MSP growth, driving roadmap alignment through data-backed prioritisation and stakeholder governance across Engineering, GTM, and executive leadership.
  • Pioneered agentic AI systems in production: an intelligent idea management pipeline triaging feature requests end-to-end, auto-generating problem statements and user stories, syncing across core systems via API.
  • Implemented an AI PRD generation tool that reduced PRD creation time by over 50%, improving requirement clarity across a complex multi-team delivery environment.
  • Developed an AI-powered release note generator producing four tailored outputs — Executive Summary, Public Release Notes, and GTM and Support variants.
  • Established KPIs and telemetry frameworks to track product performance, user adoption, and feature impact.

Product Leadership
Workplace & File Protection

Progressively promoted through four acquisitions, scaling Workplace from an early-stage startup into a mature, enterprise-grade SaaS platform. Owned end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution across desktop, mobile, and cloud.

  • Scaled a startup product through four acquisitions into a global SaaS suite serving thousands of MSPs, leading product continuity and integration at each transition.
  • Operated as an advanced user and stakeholder in Autotask PSA — managing support ticket workflows, problem management processes, and contributing to PSA-product integration design.
  • Sustained consistent ~10% annual growth on a mature product line with no dedicated marketing or sales support — through disciplined product strategy and deep understanding of the MSP customer.
  • Brought in to rescue the auto-provisioning initiative critical to the Kaseya 365 launch — four months to deliver all modules from a programme that had repeatedly stalled. Succeeded on schedule; company-wide adoption of the methodologies and tooling followed.
  • Built foundational customer systems during the early startup phase: first CSM, help documentation site, and CRM workflows to replace manual developer-managed email intake.

Always Building
Always Building

There's always something on the workbench — a new app, a home improvement project, something in the garden. The medium changes; the instinct to build doesn't.
